Before your information, I had one wedding package to offer, for $450. I hoped they would love the photographs so much that they would throw money at us. Usually it never happened. Luckily, I just enjoyed taking photographs and had a real job to make a living because I lost money at almost every wedding I did. Then I got your system, the first 5 weddings that I sold were the new $3650 package. After tweaking the packages, dropping the smaller packages and adding one additional package for $4950, so far this year we have done 12 weddings. All but one have been at $3650. Our reprints have averaged almost $1,200 and we have already booked two for next year at $4,950. Doug, without your help I would never been able to take my business to where it is today. Doug, I heard you speak at PPA in New Orleans and what you said made a lot of sense. I was slow to act and my business was slow to grow. I heard you again in St Louis and the bells went off!!! We worked on and implemented your information. We officially debuted our new pricing and style at 2 bridal fairs and no body blinked. We have 20 weddings booked for next year already. If I only shoot 30 weddings next year - I will make more than the 48 I did this year. I won most of your books and they have been a great help to me. Keep up the good work! After you information we changed the price structure in our studio. Now after putting together the year end figures, I am pleasantly surprised at the increase in our figures.
